The JOM program, which consists of over 80 K-12 students, began its afterschool mentoring program in late January. The program runs every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:20 – 4:30. Eleven high school mentors have participated as mentors at various times for as many as 25 K-8 students. During their hour together, kids can choose from a variety of activities, including card games, board games, coloring, sidewalk chalk, or playing games outside.
